Review of AUDIOPIPE APSM-1500
I replaced a PPI Pc 2350 that i have been using since 1998. I am powering 2 sony 12" woofers my PC was at a 4 ohm load with the gain at full min. This amp APSM at the same output (loudness) is at 2 ohm and 3/4 full gain. on the positive side i could put two of these amp in the same spot only one PC2350 fit and this amp is only around 130 to buy and the PC2350 still goes for a premium (300 and up) and two APSM would give alot more power than one ppi PC2350. guess the next thing to ask is will it hold up through the years like my PPI
Note: the built in fan is noisy and it does get warm where the PPI would be still could after an hour of avg play time.
