Boss CX600 Chaos Exxtreme MOSFET Bridgeable 4-Channel Power Amplifier
I don't know what all the fuss is about...
This Amp is awesome. I see it getting a lot of bad reviews and I have no idea why. Maybe I just got lucky but I don't think so... I have been pushing this amp hard for a year now. Running 4 speakers and 2 tweeters in parallel off of two of its channels. (No distortion to report whatsoever). The other two channels I have bridged powering a 12 inch PolkAudio MM. I also have a 5 farad Pyle capacitor because this thing sucks a lot of power out of my system in this set up. The amp seems to handle it completely fine considering it just gets a little warm after running the system loudly for about an hour. No problems to report whatsoever. I'm thinking about upgrading soon to a 2 channel Boss Audio CX1250 to power two of those Polk Audio MM's when I've got the cash. Yes, the price may be quite low making this a "budget amp" but c'mon I went through an Alpine and a Sony amp both of which had more power than this and both of which overheated. 5 stars for BossAudio.
