Crunch GPV3500.2 Ground Pounder Two Channel A/B Class Amplifier
decent amp
I just recieved this amp today, and so far am not overly impressed by it. I haven't installed it yet, but it looks very small and light for it's rated output. (Size in the description is wrong. Actual size is 16.69" x 2.13" x 9.72") Which is very small when compared to other lines of Crunch amplifiers with less power. The Powerzone 2000.1 is 23" long!! This amp is only slightly larger than my Kenwood KAC-827 (300w Rated power) and it's lighter, and has smaller power connections. Crunch recommends 1/0 Awg to power this thing, but I don't think it will accept anything bigger than 4 Awg. Would recommend looking at other lines of amplifiers from Crunch as they make some great amps for the price. I had an older 800w powering two pioneer 10s and two crunch 12s and would take your breath away and make your vision go blurry!! Will update when i get this installed... We shall see... lol.
UPDATE:
I now have this amp installed. The results? Well it performs better than I expected but...
